        Vision

        Our vision is to deliver a fully circular business solution, sourcing raw materials from nearby farmers, producing products with a certified decarbonised footprint and that can be repurposed at end-of-life, and leveraging by-products to produce our own power while improving the soils that yield our raw materials. We believe in the principle that waste is a flaw in design and our approach is anchored on maximizing the multiplier benefits of circularity.

        Extraction

        Extracts cellulose, lignin, sugars, and other components from agricultural residues for manufacturing purposes. Solid waste (by-product) from extraction is provided to farmers for use as fertilizer.

        Bio-Refinery

        Compounds a variety of bio-based and bio-reinforced plastics, and manufactures other bio-refinery products.

        Distribution

        Markets products to various sectors such as automotive, agriculture, design, plastics, composites, and the built environment, catering to a wide range of products and segments.

        Fiber Extraction Plant

        Separates hemp biomass into primary fibers, tow (short fibers), and hurds for further processing, with plant waste supplied to the bio-refinery.

        Fiber & Textiles Mill

        Manufactures a range of woven and non-woven textiles and animal husbandry products.

        Supply biomass and agricultural residues (“waste”) to aggregators.

        Aggregators

        Source, assess, test, and supply biomass and agricultural residues to TexTTan.

        Bio-Gas Plant

        Converts liquid waste from extraction plant into bio-gas, which powers the entire facility, with potential to export any excess.
